Meet The Team

Kalsang T. Nangpa
Kalsang joined the Boston Tibetan community when she moved to the States with her family in 2002. Kalsang is a proud alumnae of TAB's Boston Sunday School program, where she attended both Tibetan dance and language class. Kalsang graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors in Public Health in 2017. She currently works at Massachusetts General Hospital and hopes to go back to school in the near future.

Tenzin Choephel
Choephel is from Hunsur, India & moved to the US with his family in 2002 when he was nine. Choephel recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in May 2019. He works as a Physical Therapist at Bay State Physical Therapy, an outpatient clinic at the Rockland location. in his free time, Choephel enjoys reading, playing basketball, participating in community events, & traveling.
